Charity is a Clinical Nurse Specialist that provides therapeutic interventions in the mental health sector. She is a Credentialed Mental Health Nurse with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses and a Credentialed Children & Young People’s Nurse with the Australian College of Children & Young People’s Nursing. Charity has completed various qualifications in the mental health field including psychology, counselling and family dispute resolution. She is a Registered Family Dispute Resolution Practitioner through the Attorney General's Department and is also trained in Child Inclusive Mediation and Counselling as a Child Consultant, specialising in post-separation Family Dispute Resolution. Her extensive experience spans numerous clinical and leadership roles, including Child Triage Clinical Nurse Specialist at Perth Children’s Hospital and Clinical Nurse Specialist with the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS). She has also worked in emergency departments and acute psychiatric settings, delivering advanced care for both adults and young people.

Madison is a dedicated practitioner with a strong foundation in psychology, family dispute resolution, and child-centred practice. She holds a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours), is a nationally accredited mediator and registered Family Dispute Resolution practitioner and has undertaken additional training in Child Inclusive Mediation and Counselling. Madison is passionate about supporting individuals, children, and families through separation, relationship challenges, and conflict, and she brings a calm, compassionate, and thoughtful presence to her work.
Madison has developed her experience within the community sector, including co-designing and coordinating a First Nations family mediation service within a not-for-profit organisation. Through this work, she has built a culturally responsive and inclusive approach to supporting families through complex and high-conflict matters.
She has experience working alongside clients impacted by family violence and is committed to creating safe, affirming spaces for LGBTIQ individuals and families. Sherine is a counsellor, child and adolescent therapist, family therapist, and program facilitator who offers a warm, supportive space for children, young people, adults, and families. She works in a gentle, collaborative way, helping clients feel understood and supported as they navigate emotional, behavioural, and relational challenges.
She holds a Bachelor of Psychology, Criminology and Justice and a Master of Counselling, and has extensive experience in community mental health, including supporting clients with complex presentations. Her work with First Nations clients and people from diverse cultural backgrounds has shaped her inclusive, culturally responsive approach.
Sherine has a particular interest in neurodiversity, perinatal wellbeing, trauma‑informed care, and supporting individuals and families adjusting to chronic health conditions or major life transitions. She works with concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, emotional regulation difficulties, self‑esteem challenges, and family relationship issues.
